Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken: A Zesty and Flavorful Delight

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken:
    • In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
    • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor.
  2. Preheat the Grill:
    • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Clean and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  3. Grill the Chicken:
    • Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off.
    • Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
  4. Serve:
    • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
    • Serve with your favorite sides, such as grilled vegetables, a fresh salad, or a light pasta.
