Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken: A Zesty and Flavorful Delight

Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken:
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor.
- Preheat the Grill:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Clean and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
- Grill the Chicken:
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
- Serve:
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve with your favorite sides, such as grilled vegetables, a fresh salad, or a light pasta.
